Perrine Lhuillier serves as the Director of Finance and Operations of the International Panel on the Information Environment (IPIE). She oversees finances, operations, and innovative projects.

Before joining the IPIE, Perrine built an international career spanning the nonprofit, academic, and entrepreneurial sectors across Europe and China. She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of neurodAIgnostics, a University of Zurich (UZH) spin-off leveraging artificial intelligence to improve cognitive assessments. Earlier in her career, Perrine held several senior positions at the UZH Center for Leadership in the Future of Work and at Save the Children in China, overseeing partnerships, communications, program quality, and advocacy.

Perrine holds an Executive MSc in Behavioral Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MA in Human Rights from the University of Essex. She is fluent in French and English, and proficient in Mandarin Chinese and German. She currently resides in Zurich.
