Dr Ann Kristin Glenster is a legal scholar and expert in Internet governance and law. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Cambridge and has been a visiting doctoral scholar at the Harvard Law School. She has taught at Harvard University. London School of Economics (LSE), Brown University, University of Oxford, and University of Cambridge. Dr Glenster is the Executive Director of the Glenlead Centre and a Senior Policy Advisor on Technology Governance and Law at the Minderoo Centre for Technology and Democracy and she is a member of the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Law (CIPIL) at the University of Cambridge. Dr Glenster is a member of the GDPR expert pool to the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) of the European Union, and has submitted policy advice, written evidence, and reports to The U.S. Federal Trade Commission, United Nations, and UK Parliament.
