Fredrick Ogenga is an Associate Professor of Media and Security Studies at Rongo University, Founding Director Center for Media, Democracy, Peace and Security-Rongo University and CEO of the Peacemaker Corps Foundation Kenya. Ogenga is a Letsema Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Pan African Thought and Conversation, Senior Non- Resident Research Fellow University of Johannesburg and West Indies, NSF Visiting Research Fellow, Swisspeace, academic Co- Chair Joint Learning Initiative East Africa Hub, Global Media Advisor The Hidden Peacebuilders and LOC Member APN-Next Generation Africa University Seminar Series-Kenya. Ogenga is also a former Africa Peacebuilding Network Fellow. Southern Voices Network for Peacebuilding Fellow, Wilson Center, Washington DC and Visiting Researcher, Africa Studies Center Boston University.
